Be Bold!

In 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic, I bought a bright red Porsche Boxster and decaled it.

For most Porsche owners, that’s sacrilege. Purists tend to frown on decals of any kind, and buying something joyful—let alone bold—during an uncertain time felt, to some, questionable at best.

I saw it differently.

The car became a reflection of a mindset I’ve relied on for years: do the homework, understand the risks, and then make the decision that’s right for you—even if it’s not conventional.

On the side of the car is my fleur de lis logo with my name and brokerage. On the hood, a custom-designed fleur de lis. And on the back: B3-BOLD.com.
“B3” meaning “Be.”

Be bold—but not careless.
Be bold—with intention.

This wasn’t about being flashy. It was about owning a choice that was thoughtful, deliberate, and unapologetically mine.

That same philosophy shows up in my real estate work every day.

In real estate, the safest move is often the most familiar one. But the best outcomes—whether in pricing, negotiation, timing, or strategy—often come from understanding the market deeply enough to take a different approach. Bold, when informed, is powerful.

I don’t believe in noise for the sake of attention. I believe in clarity, preparation, and having the confidence to stand apart when it serves my clients’ best interests.

The car is just a symbol.
The mindset behind it is the point.

Be bold. But be smart about it.
